Our patient’s health, as well as, the health of our doctors and staff remains our number one priority.
We have made some temporary changes within the practice. The aim of these changes is to allow Dr Sowter/Symons and his team to continue to provide you with high-quality medical care that you have come to expect from all at Riverina Urology.
Points to remember:
- We are providing a mix of face to face and Telehealth care
- You will be required to call the practice or use the doorbell prior to entering and you will be instructed to use the hand sanitiser
- Our reception staff can assist by either email or telephone. Our email is: admin@riverinaurology.com.au or 026925 3355
- SMS notices will be sent out providing updates to appointments so please ensure we have your correct details on file.
- As we have limited seating in the practice, please do not bring extra people to your appointment. Only one support person will be able to attend the appointment.
- We are keeping patient numbers low in the waiting room to maintain social distancing. We have closed the back entrance of our car park, and patients must only enter via the front door and follow the precautions that are in place. Our staff may ask you to remain in your car or wait outside the building if the waiting room has reached its limit.
Our staff will ask you to leave if you do not follow the precautions that are in place. These measures are to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
Please be advised:
- If you are Acutely unwell/ Flu or COVID like symptoms – please call the practice and DO NOT attend. We will advise over the phone.
- If you are a returned traveller or require self Isolation as per the NSW Health Guidelines – Please call the practice and DO NOT attend your appointment. We will provide Telehealth consultation.
Dr Sowter & Dr Symons, and the team at Riverina Urology would like to thank you for your ongoing support and understanding throughout the year.
We would like to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and safe New Year.
